All programs within The Precision Intensive were developed and led by me as a group facilitator, specifically to address long-term recovery challenges and the gaps I observed in traditional SUD care.
Research shows that integrating lived experience into treatment has measurable impact:
Peer-delivered recovery support services significantly improve engagement, retention, and outcomes—including reduced relapse rates (Bassuk et al., 2016, Journal of Substance Abuse Treatment).
My approach combines clinical best practices with four decades of personal recovery. After retiring, I invited former clients, clinicians, peer support members, and group participants to share their experiences. 75% responded, many with long-term sobriety—testifying to improved engagement, lasting recovery, and personal transformation.
Importantly, The Precision Intensive recognizes that many achieve sobriety without formal treatment. Our approach empowers and supports clients from all recovery backgrounds.
The Precision Intensive delivers:

The Architect of Radical Transformation: The Credentials of a Catalyst
“We can have anything we want for ourselves and our lives—inside of our participation in making it happen.” — Landmark Education

Welcome to the Transformation Suite Residency: Precision Intensive
3-Days to Structural Change

“Afraid to be known, we can neither know ourselves nor any other. We will be alone.” Gaudenzia Philosophy

“The way we communicate with others and with ourselves ultimately determines the quality of our lives.” Tony Robbins

“What if who you know yourself to be is not who you really are?” Victor Lee

“Trust lost must be earned.” Victor Lee
Strategic Intervention: Many of us have used “I’m sorry” as a desperate measure to buy time while taking little action to deal with ourselves. This module confronts the reality that an apology without self-correction is just further manipulation at the cost of those we’ve left behind. We begin the process of Public Accountability, acknowledging our past patterns in front of our peers. This transparency proves that none of us is better than another and shifts the focus from seeking immediate relief to the “Dignity of the Struggle.”
The Result: A structural shift from manipulative apologies to action-based accountability. By treating trust as a Clinical Outcome of consistent, changed behavior over time, the client stops “buying” forgiveness and starts the hard work of earning back their own dignity.

“Who are you hanging around, where do they have you going, and what do they have you doing?” Victor Lee

Forgiveness is the fragrance the violet leaves on the heel that crushed it. Dr. Wayne Dyer
Strategic Intervention: This capstone session utilizes a “Surgical Inquiry” to identify and isolate the Internal Abuser—the persistent voice of shame that survives long after the substance is gone. Through the Mirror Test, Victor uniquely and covertly guides participants to confront their own self-sabotage. This is not a passive lecture; it is an active, structured confrontation with the “Shadow Man,” culminating in the Living the Gift Pledge—a formal, written commitment to self-leadership.
The Result: Participants move from being the effect of their past transgressions to being the cause of their future dignity. By dismantling the internal cycle of shame, the “Mirror Test” provides the radical self-forgiveness necessary to sustain long-term recovery. Clients leave this residency not just “clean/sober” but also internally integrated—possessing the clarity and determination to remain standing as a Living Bridge for their families, communities, and most importantly themselves.
