What Are You Hiding
“Our lives are in what we are hiding”.
We are all hiding something. Our persona is a mask we wear to prevent others from seeing the parts of us we find unflattering. Some of what we hide is pain and fear, past indiscretions, and mostly what we find unflattering about ourselves. These hidden parts shape how we see ourselves and limit how far we can go with others. Real healing begins when we face what hurts, not when we hide it. Pain is not the enemy—it’s a signal asking for care. Seeking help is strength, not shame. What are you carrying that you no longer want to hide or judge?
