Family healing is key to lasting recovery—yet families are often left out of the process. Led by Victor Lee, a retired SUD therapist, professional speaker/group facilitator for 26 years, and a victor over addiction for over 4 decades. He created this workshop to give families the tools, confidence, and support they need to move from overwhelm to hope and meaningful action. The greatest of these tools, in his view, is first and foremost a greater understanding of what Substance use disorder is and the impact on those who have it. However, he saw the need for self-care. While SUD is a family disease, this is an opportunity for us to be more proactive in supporting you as you support your loved one.
Format:
Victor is a former addict, retired therapist, single parent, and 3-time published author with 41 years in recovery. He has helped thousands of families and professionals nationwide move from survival to transformation.
Victor’s approach is honest, relatable, and rooted in both lived experience and proven clinical practice.
Families often feel left out and overwhelmed by the recovery process. Victor Lee knows this firsthand—from his own journey and from guiding countless others. This workshop isn’t just theory—it’s a lifeline. Victor equips families with self-care, support, and practical strategies to move beyond survival and reclaim hope. With his guidance, families discover that healing isn’t just for their loved one—it’s possible for them, too.
I learned firsthand as a recovering addict and a professional that lasting recovery starts after treatment—when real life begins and commitment is truly tested. That’s why I created the 3-Day Precision Intensive: to ensure clients leave with more than just sobriety—they leave with the tools, self-mastery, and lived experience required for lifelong success.
Book your executive strategy call now and discover how the Precision Intensive will amplify your outcomes, boost your reputation, and redefine what’s possible for post-treatment success.
"Victor Lee is a therapist’s therapist. His deep understanding of the intersection between shame, guilt, and resilience is profound. He has been a mentor to me and countless others in the field, always reminding us that our power lies in our ability to make a difference, not just in our clinical labels."
